Use the secure support form to send HuSyn a product, account, privacy, or safety question. Include a clear description, but never share passwords, full payment information, or identity-document images.
Safety reports
For another user's conduct, use Report in the app so the report is linked to the correct account. You can also block the user immediately. We aim to review urgent safety reports promptly, but response times vary with severity and volume.
Emergencies
HuSyn is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource in your area.
Account and privacy
- Edit your profile and preferences from Profile settings.
- Delete your account permanently from Account settings.
- For a privacy request you cannot complete yourself, use the in-app support tools.
