Eligibility and agreement
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. By creating an account or using HuSyn, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines. Do not use HuSyn where prohibited by law.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. One person may not impersonate another person or create accounts to evade enforcement.
Acceptable use
- Do not harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, defraud, stalk, or expose another person's private information.
- Do not post illegal, non-consensual, sexually exploitative, hateful, deceptive, infringing, or malicious content.
- Do not scrape the service, bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected systems, send spam, or interfere with operation of the service.
- Do not use HuSyn if you are under 18, and immediately report any suspected minor account.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant HuSyn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical display, transmit, moderate, and display that content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. You can end this license for active use by deleting the content or your account, subject to legal retention and backups.
Safety and moderation
Online interactions and in-person meetings carry risk. Use judgment, protect personal information, meet in public, tell someone your plans, and contact emergency services if anyone is in immediate danger. HuSyn may review, limit, remove, preserve, or disclose content and may suspend or terminate accounts to enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, protect people, or comply with law.
Service changes and termination
Features may change, pause, or end. You may stop using HuSyn or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, safety risk, legal requirements, or material harm to the service or others.
Disclaimers and liability
HuSyn is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, uninterrupted access, or the identity, intent, or conduct of users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HuSyn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Apple terms
These Terms are between you and HuSyn, not Apple. Your use of the app must comply with the App Store Terms of Service.
Governing terms and changes
Applicable law and consumer protections may depend on where you live. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. We may update these Terms and will post the effective date; continued use after required notice means you accept the updated Terms.
